1. THIS AGREEMENT

These Terms set out the entire agreement between the User and Breeze for use of the website www.breezeassist.com. By using this website, the User agrees to be bound by these Terms. If the User does not accept these Terms, they should not use this website.

These Terms are governed by English law and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction.

Breeze does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted or secure access to the website.

The User will only use the website in accordance with all relevant laws and regulations and not for any illegal purposes whatsoever.

The User agrees that they will not try to damage the website in any way including:

Using or inducing the use of any robot, spider, other automatic device, or manual process to monitor or copy the website or any content;

3.3.2.

Using or inducing the use of any device, software or routine to bypass Breeze's security measures, or to interfere or attempt to interfere with the proper working of the website;

No mention of any organisation, company or individual, whether on these pages or on other websites to which these pages are linked shall imply any approval or warranty by Breeze as to the standing and capability of such organisations, companies or individuals.

Links to third parties are provided only as a convenience to the User. Breeze takes no responsibility for anything that might occur when the User visits any other website. When the User clicks on a link they leave the website.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Breeze grants the User a limited licence to use the website. The licence is non-exclusive, revocable, and subject to the restrictions in these Terms.

Breeze or its licensors own all rights in the website and the User shall acquire no such rights.

5.3.

The User may not copy, sell or resell the website but may print or download extracts from the website.

6. PRIVACY POLICY

In order to provide the website, Breeze has to collect certain information.

Breeze gathers and stores the following types of information on this website:

The User acknowledges that the website is provided free of charge and no services are provided, and these limitations of liability reflect this.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit Breeze's liability for death or personal injury resulting from its negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

7.3.

Breeze excludes all other types of liability to the User in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise for any breach of these Terms, whether direct or indirect, including liability for loss of profits, goodwill, business or anticipated savings and even if the User notifies Breeze of the possibility of such liability.
