New features added!

As part of Breeze IT's ongoing commitment to developing assist:events and following feedback from our clients, we're pleased to be able to offer you two fantastic new features which we've recently added to assist:events:

Adding images to event information

Click on the image below.

When you now add a new event, you now have the option to attach up to 10 images or photos to that event.

These will be displayed alongside the event details on your calendar.

Visitors to your website can view the images by clicking on the 'view image' or 'view gallery' buttons on the event details page. When you supply the images, there's no need to readjust or resize them prior to uploading, as assist:events will automatically resize them to fit within the events calendar - saving you time and effort. What's more, an image can be deleted, added or updated at any time - it's that simple.

This fantastic new features not only brings your events to life but makes your events calendar more aesthetically attractive to visitors to your website.

Save venue details

Click on the image below.

This new feature enables Event Managers or your Event Administrator to store event venue details when adding a new event. This means that once the details have been saved, a simple drop down field will enable you to populate the venue detail fields when you come to add an event at the same venue in the future. This avoids having to retype the same information in again - therefore saving you valuable time.

As always, the flexibility of assist:events means that you can update or delete the venue information at the touch of a button.
