Middlesbrough Borough Council go live!

Middlesbrough Borough Council are one of the latest organisations to benefit from assist:events.

The Council previously managed their event information via a simple search facility available on their website. Collating event information, publishing it and maintaining it however, was both time consuming and difficult to do.

By choosing the assist:events 'lite' package, the Council are now able to benefit from a comprehensive public event search, a visually attractive calendar and most importantly, a greatly enhanced customer experience for visitors to the 'What's On' section of their website: "the calendar is a great tool offering a good visual search facility".

assist:events has also provided the Council with a number of useful new features which visitors can benefit from, such as being able to view and print off a downloadable event brochure, ask a question, or register their interest in an event.
